Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal data PHEE P.C. collects through this website, why we collect it, and what rights you have over it. We keep the site deliberately light: no advertising trackers, no profiles built about you, and no analytics at all unless you agree to it first.

Who we are

PHEE P.C. ("PHEE", "we", "us") is a Greek company registered in Patras, Greece, at Old National Road Athens-Patras 10, Aktaion, Patra 265 04. We are the data controller for the personal data described in this policy.

For any question about this policy or your data, write to hi@phee.gr.

What we collect

We only collect what you send us. There is no account system on this site and no hidden collection.

  • Contact form: your name, email address, and message. Company name, role, and subject are optional fields you may leave blank.
  • Newsletter: your email address, and nothing else.
  • Sample requests: the details you provide in the contact form, plus any delivery address you send us afterwards by email.
  • Analytics: if, and only if, you accept analytics cookies, Google Analytics records the pages you view, how you reached the site, your approximate location by country and city, your device and browser, and a randomly generated identifier stored on your device. See the cookies section below.

Why we use it, and on what basis

  • To answer your enquiry and to send samples or technical documentation you asked for. Legal basis: performance of a contract or steps taken at your request (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)).
  • To send the newsletter, where you asked for it. Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a)), which you can withdraw at any time.
  • To understand which pages are useful and how people find us. Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a)), given through the cookie banner and withdrawable at any time.
  • To meet accounting and legal obligations where an enquiry becomes an order. Legal basis: legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c)).

Cookies and analytics

The first time you visit, a banner asks whether you accept analytics cookies. Accepting and rejecting are one click each. Until you choose, and if you reject, Google Analytics stores nothing on your device and no analytics cookies are set.

We use Google Analytics 4 to count visits, see which pages get read, and understand how people reach the site. We run it through Google Consent Mode, so before consent it is limited to anonymous signals that store nothing on your device. We do not use Google Analytics for advertising, we have turned off ad personalisation and ad data sharing, and we do not combine this data with anything else we hold about you.

You can change or withdraw your decision at any time through the "Cookie Settings" link in the footer of every page. Withdrawing stops any further collection, and you can clear cookies already set through your browser settings.

This site sets no advertising, remarketing, or profiling cookies.

Who else sees your data

We do not sell personal data and we do not share it for advertising.

A small number of service providers process data on our behalf, under contract and only on our instructions: our website host, our email provider for messages sent to and from hi@phee.gr, our newsletter provider, and, where you have accepted analytics cookies, Google Ireland Limited for Google Analytics.

Google may transfer analytics data to the United States. Those transfers are covered by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, which Google is certified under, and additionally by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses. The same clauses cover any other provider operating outside the European Economic Area.

We may disclose data where the law requires it.

How long we keep it

  • Contact enquiries: up to 24 months after our last exchange, so we can pick up a conversation where it left off.
  • Newsletter: until you unsubscribe. Every email carries an unsubscribe link.
  • Order and invoicing records: as long as Greek tax and accounting law requires.
  • Analytics: Google Analytics data is deleted after 14 months. Your cookie decision stays in your browser until you clear it or change it.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can ask us to give you a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to how we use it, or send it to another provider. Where we rely on consent, you can withdraw it at any time without affecting what came before.

Write to hi@phee.gr and we will respond within one month. If you believe we have handled your data badly, you can complain to the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (dpa.gr).

Children

This site is aimed at architects, designers, and businesses. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle personal data, we will update this page and the date at the top of it. Material changes will be flagged on the site.
