Two Tracks. One Purpose.

We unlock value from residual biomass streams, create bespoke materials based on our partners' needs, and advance the future of biocomposites through EU and privately funded research projects.

PHEE Technology as a Service (PH-TaaS)

From concept to rapid material innovation, we partner with waste management companies, industries, brands, architects, interior and product designers to develop bespoke PHEE materials powered by our circular manufacturing process.

Three ways in

Your Residues, New Materials

We upcycle your agricultural, industrial, and food-processing residues into unique materials, helping organizations close the loop, create value from their waste, and accelerate their transition to a circular bioeconomy.

Custom Colours & Designs

For projects over 100 m², we can tune the panel's colour, finish, and surface pattern to match your brand, interior, or specification.

Co-Development

Joint R&D on a new panel family or a new application with your engineering team, from first sample to pilot production.

PH-TAAS is not a pitch. Global brands and designers have already run the route.

EU-Funded R&D Projects

Innovation is at the core of PHEE from day one. Through EU and privately funded research & innovation projects, we explore new feedstocks, polymers, advanced manufacturing processes and automations for the development and commercialization of next-generation bio-based composite materials that shape the future of the circular bioeconomy.

ARISE — RAPSEB

Robotic spraying and pressing for biocomposite panels.

With Parity Platform, PHEE automates epoxy binder spraying on its production line using a UR10e robot and ROS 2. Target: −8–12% binder, −20% cycle time, safer operator conditions.

Lead: Parity Platform P.C. · End-user: PHEE Private Company

BIOS-mater

High-performance bio-based materials for the construction sector.

PHEE joins 22 partners across 10 countries turning agrifood and biomass by-products into durable building components, tested at real-world demonstration sites.

Partners incl. UPV, UPC, CERTH, Wageningen Research, Acciona, AIMPLAS

PHRESCO

Composite boards from agricultural residues and Posidonia leaves.

Waste from corn, sunflower and industrial hemp crops plus marine Posidonia leaves are turned into a three-layer sandwich board: an agri-residue particleboard core faced with Posidonia surfaces, bonded with plant-derived adhesives developed in the project. Applications span furniture and interior construction.
