StoHeri makes beach rackets for the Greek summer. For the Oceania racket they wanted a face that belonged to the shoreline it is played on.
Designed and handcrafted by Στο Χέρι, this unique beach racket is the first of its kind to be crafted using PHEE Board™. As the material innovation partner, PHEE supplied its circular material, enabling the creation of a premium sports product that combines traditional craftsmanship with sustainable material innovation. The racket's face is pressed from Posidonia seagrass washed up on Aegean beaches, bonded to a light wooden core and finished with a natural cork grip. Water-resistant and surprisingly light, it carries the same coastline it is swung on.
